Mermaid Movement October

Service Description

Join us in getting out of the head and into the body with Mermaid Movement: a dance yoga fusion workshop with moody and exciting music, dance, oracle, oils, breath work and long juicy savasana. We've just passed the Equinox and as the seasons change, we begin to prepare for longer nights and shorter days. We embrace the slow down and the shedding, while enjoying the fruits of our labor. We gather in circle to make new connections with others and ourselves. This gathering is for women only. Sliding scale $10-$15-$20, nobody turned away for lack of funds. Link in bio to register.
