When this space was birthed, what I envisioned was not only creating a space where everyone could afford the wellness treatments they deserve, but also a safe space to create community. I know how important it is to go through life with support of other human beings on this journey, and I hope that through our shared space you will find that. It is with this intention, that opportunities are given to gifted teachers and healers to share their magic with our community through a variety of different monthly events that provide everyone with unique paths to body, mind and soul wellness.

COMMUNITY ACUPUNCTURE
with Arthur L "Sonny" Hill
Join us for our once a month Community Acupuncture offered by Arthur L. "Sonny" Hill of Bilongo Healing Arts. Sonny is a graduate of Yosan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist that treats many orthopedic pain and internal conditions, but he specializes in working with emotional trauma and what is deemed diseases of the spirit. Arthur also utilizes energy work or Qi gong and other energetic herbal modalities in his treatment plans. Working and building pathways in the community is important to him.
Sonny will be offering community acupuncture once per month. Though this will be held in community setting, each session will be personalized and customized to your specific needs, situation and body.

Sensual Movement and Circle for Women
This workshop will be a safe, body positive container that will use movement as a tool to reconnect to your body. You will be given the tools and space to embrace sensuality without shame, allowing participants to connect deeper to their body, expression, confidence, and feminine power. No dance ability or experience is needed. Short choreography will be taught and the workshop will end with circle setting integration and discussion. Feel empowered and confident. Connect with other women and feel the magic of women supporting women as together we express out confident, radiant selves.

Summer sound bath ceremony with with Amanda (Cozcacuauhtli Cihuatl, Necklaced Eagle Woman, Curanderismo Practitioner, Ceremonial Hairstylist and Creator of Keep Your Crown Right).
Her sound baths are not a production, they are a SACRED CEREMONY filled with intention, care, respect, and ancestral practice. Sound Baths are not a part of curanderismo. They are two separate healing modalities supporting one another in this event.
The past 9 years Amanda has dedicated to holding space for BIPOC folks within the community, merging together healing modalities such as the power of touch, prayer & plant medicine alongside her love of hair and its energetic & spiritual properties.
Bring your family and friends to experience this organic sound bath meditation. You'll be submerged in a soundscape of healing vibrations transmitted through crystal quartz singing bowls, percussions, and more ancestral instruments, all played with the intention to heal and clear one's mind, body, and soul. Recommended to wear comfy clothing. Bring blankets and pillows.

Kēhaulani Vaughn is a Kanaka ‘Ōiwi scholar whose research engages Pacific Islander and Indigenous feminist theorizations of land, environment, and regeneration. Her book manuscript, Trans Indigeneity: The Politics of California Indian and Native Hawaiian Relations, is about the trans-Indigenous recognitions between Native Hawaiians living in the U.S. and California Indian tribes. Previously, she was a Ford Postdoctoral Fellow with the University of Minnesota in the department of American Indian Studies and an assistant professor in the department of Education, Culture & Society at the University of Utah. Her research and teaching encompasses areas of Indigenous feminisms, trans-Indigeneity, Pacific Island Studies, and Indigenous education with a focus on higher education.
Mindfulness and Breath work
with Laura Cueva Miller, PHD
This is a practical monthly workshop focusing on blending mindfulness techniques/practices and breathwork/pranayama to help people energize and calm themselves. Helping people create their own toolbox, their own "mobile pharmacy," that can provide techniques to use to better regulate the nervous system.
Laura Cuevas Miller, PHD has been a psychotherapist since 1994 and a yoga teacher since 2006. She has a wealth of knowledge and a big heart full of compassion and kindness.
This workshop is donation based, nobody turned away for lack of funds.

Movement is Movement Medicine, allowing the playful and fierce Feminine to rise and find freedom in the body. This is a dance-yoga fusion workshop. Tap back into your sovereignty with moody and exciting music, dance, oracle, oils, breath work, and long juicy savasanas. We gather in circle to make new connections with others and ourselves.
