The light is returning. As we come out of Winter and prepare for the new Season, what expression has been quietly stirring in our Hearts? How can we begin to clear the path and move forward with intention for ourselves and our community? This class supports embodiment of your authentic expression as we clear the slate, for the new to emerge.   Movement is Movement Medicine, allowing the playful and fierce Feminine to rise and find freedom in the body. This is a dance-yoga fusion workshop that brings you out of the head and into the body. Tap back into your sovereignty with moody and exciting music, dance, oracle, oils, breath work, and long juicy savasanas. We gather in circle to make new connections with others and ourselves.
