Service Description

There's no right or wrong way to move here, just an invitation to listen and follow what feels good to use. The music follows a wave form, starting slow, moving to a peak, and descending into stillness. No dance experience or partner is necessary or needed. Come as you are. Move how you need. This space is here to support connection, expression and embodied choice.  ​ Open to everyone.
