Service Description

This class will introduce the students to the beginning poses of the primary series of Ashtanga yoga, a set sequence or routine of postures designed to bring strength, flexibility and endurance to the body. This type of yoga is challenging, quick paced with a lot of movement and repetition. The constant moving and repetition will keep your body warm, enable you to get deeper into poses, work your muscles and quiet the mind. Be prepared to sweat a lot as you engage core muscles and work with a steady balanced breath, moving through Ashtangas moving meditation in motion.
