Service Description

Join us on a journey as we go inward to mend the parts of ourselves that have held our emotions for us when we couldn't. We will explore our bodies with somatic movement on the mat with optional therapeutic touch to help create space in the body to process our emotions and to get in touch with our forgotten parts. Later join us in a decision about our discoveries as we put the pieces together. This is a 6-month (once a month) workshop processing grief through the body, mind, and soul.
