Are you ready to break free from what’s holding you back? Noemi is a CHEK Practitioner & Root Cause Practitioner. She works with clients experiencing chronic pain, physical injuries, and those navigating disease. Her approach is holistic, addressing the underlying emotional, physical, and lifestyle factors contributing to their condition. Valerie is a Reiki Practitioner and domestic violence survivor who firmly believes we can heal ourselves from our emotional present and past traumas. Together they will be coming together to offer a donation based workshop where they will help you learn how unresolved emotions like anger, fear, or grief can get stored in the body, create tension, and lead to physical imbalances. And then they will help you explore holistic tools to release and heal.
