"Mermaid Movement is Movement Medicine, allowing the playful and fierce Feminine to rise and find freedom in the body. This is a dance-yoga fusion workshop that brings you out of the head and into the body. Tap back into your sovereignty with moody and exciting music, dance, oracle, oils, breath work, and long juicy savasanas.
