Start your day or end your evening with an invigorating practice that includes mindful movement, postures, breath work, and meditation. This class varies in structure and mixes flow and stationary poses,and is based around movement synchronized with breath. This class incorporates strength building and linking poses together in a continuous movement that engages the muscles. This practice builds strength, tones and detoxifies. Exercises can be adapted to all levels. Beginners welcome!
