Sasha holds a strong belief in the connection of the body, mind and soul and her intention is to help balance, nurture and cultivate that connection with each one of her clients. She has been practicing as a certified massage therapist since 2015, and has studied various different eastern and western techniques. A combination of being naturally introverted and early trauma led her to connect to spirit and develop a strong connection to her own intuition and higher source. In her very young years she wanted to be of service to others and she began her first professional training as a volunteer working at a shelter for women and children at the young age of 14. In her adult years she became an intervention counselor for survivors of assault and did that work for 3 years. She then transitioned from studying psychology to studying the body through anatomy courses, massage therapy school, and yoga teacher training. She also began her training to become a reiki master. This has given her a thorough, all around understanding of the body, mind and spirit. She has almost 10 years of experience using all of her education, training, and experience to create trauma informed customized sessions integrating a combination of various different therapeutic massage techniques best fit to meet each and everybody's unique, individual needs.
